VARIETY: Round White Bean
Round white beans come from Salamanca in Spain, although they are also cultivated in others regions of this country. Their main characteristic is that they are fast-cooking, posses a full round white grain and have a very tasty milky-flavor.
They are also called milky-beans for their creamy texture.
