Cranberry beans are a kind of bean that is grown worldwide, because of this reason it could be of multiple qualities like Cranberry from United States, Canada or Argentina.
The grain is pinkish with many maroon spots which disappear when cooked. This variety has a big round grain.
Cranberry beans also have a very smooth skin and stand over other varieties because of their high iron content.
This bean provides a dark soup with intense flavor.
