Dark Red Kidney Bean is a medium-sized bean, with red color and kidney- shape, long and flat grain. It is original of Argentina and there are two varieties: light red or purple and dark red or purple. This bean loses its color when soaked although the soup it makes is dark.
Dark Red Kidney Bean stands for its softness when cooked and it is high in protein and iron.
