ORIGIN: SPAIN
White Kidney Beans, also called Large Beans or Cannelini Beans belong to the white beans group. The origin of their name is due to have a kidney-shaped and are famous for their creamy texture and for being the main component of many Spanish dishes.
There are many calibers of this variety. This is the medium-size.
