ORIGIN: SPAIN
Black Basque Beans or Black Beans from Tolosa are medium-sized, shiny black beans, full and almost round-shaped. These beans are mostly appreciated for their creamy texture, fine skin and intense flavor they lend to the dish. Although grown in the province of León, Spain, their major consumption is in the North of Spain, in the Basque region.
