Black Beluga Lentils possess shiny, black-colored skin and yellow inside. This lentil is very small and its shape is almost round. It´s name -Caviar Lentils- comes from its resemblance to black caviar, but it is also widely known as Beluga Lentils. It is usually used in soups and cold salads. It´s high protein content is amazing.
