VARIETY: Regular Lentil

This variety of lentil is peculiar for being a quick-cooking lentil in areas with hard water like East coast of Spain, Southern Italy and Northern Greece, not necessary to soak.
It is a medium size, dark green skin and sometimes beautifully marbled. Its skin is fine and pleasant to the touch.
